Features of the FeederVision: The FeederVision measures automatically the teeth and pick-up position; this avoids Parallaxerrors and errors in evaluation. The test- and maintenance period of the feeders will be reduced and the availability will be increased. Position deviations can be measured and recorded with an accuracy of 15µm. The test procedure of each feedertype is documentable via Software. Results are able to be interpreted via the Feederdatabase. Customer requests on testingreports or the data acquisition can be adapted.

The automatically running testreport can be followed in realtime over your monitor. The results can be quantitatively taken ( i.e. toothposition is 15µm out of tolerance), or attributively (i.e. shutter function OK/ NOT OK).

The measuring position is identical for all feedersizes, this saves time and avoids a readjustment of the camera. The new Feeder can be identified via touchscreen-monitor or barcode scanner. This allows the integrability of the measured datas into the databank or in QS-systems. The software identifies the position of the feeder via the actual fiducial mark. Low differences will be corrected via the software.
