Software Federmanager
As separate software or as supplement to FeederVision you will get with the FeederManager an actual report of the status and the availability of your feeders. The historical overview of each feeder or an explicit registration of your repairs, used spare parts, enables a clear view on your planning. Comprehensive and applicable on each feedergeneration, each feederproducer. Flexibly fittable on customer’s demand and report requirements. The data bank works under a SQL-Server and modules can be added in your network. To enter the data it is possible to use a bar code.

Handheld M3 – the ideal equipment to our FeederManager
To collect the informations in shorttime and precise in several points, it is possible with the Handheld to report the error directly to your production line. The bar code scanner which is integrated reads the feedernumber and the Handheld Software identifies the machine and the error. Therefore it is possible to replace the feeder after shift ends. The synchronization with the feederdatabase takes place via Wireless LAN or docking station.
