The power of Feeder Checking
Argos Systems presents a new Feeder Testing System to assure accuracy, safety and quality for testing SMD Feeders. The new feeder testing method offers an automatic position control and record analysis. Argos Systems has been developing this new testing method for the last two years; the last six months the first Testing System is used in the market with very good success.
The first feeder testers are for Siemens Schultz type Feeders. In the near future further feeder manufactures will follow.

A highly sensitive camera enlarges the tested area of every tooth position and with help of the fixed feeder deviations or damaged areas are shown on the monitor and recorded results can be printed out directly.
